We visited Tenerife in October 2001 intending to buy an apartment. I did a lot of homework prior to arrival and spent 7 days non stop looking at flats put forward by 6 different agents.

We chose Connie and her team at VisaVerde CS S.L. to help us buy in Las Americas between October and December 2001. Everyone played their part from helping to select the right apartment for us, to arranging NIE numbers, bank introductions,mortgage advice, organising the notary through to completion and even ensuring the apartment was kitted out with the right things.

When buying in a foreign country, whilst you have to be careful but eventually you have to end up putting your trust in someone. Unknown to Connie, I gave her several opportunities to rip me off, but every time she was honest and straight forward.

I would recommend them without hesitation for their helpfulness and attention to detail and reliability.

Most impressive of all is that whenever someone promised to contact us, by phone or e mail they always did. Without fail. A rare commodity in Tenerife!!.
